Mideye offers a just-in-time access solution which provides the possibility to delegate approval of service and other access, out to the operational staff. In addition to the approval functionality, it is also possible to get audit trail (logs) of who approved, why and when. It is also possible to get strong authentication of the users. Both the authentication and the just-in-time access works also for shared accounts. Integrates with current infrastructure, so no additional investments needed.

Mideye has pioneered the area of strong user authentication by using the mobile phoneor token as a second factor, also for specialized use cases. Mideye has now also a new just-in-time access feature for approving remote connections. Mideye was able to join the ABB SynerLeapprogram with this feature.
